Part of our vast range of Conveyors, our Flat Belt Conveyors are designed for transporting products as part of a production line or process. General specification as follows: -
- 304 Grade stainless steel construction throughout.
- Hygienic design, to aid cleaning routines.
- Conveyor length, width, angle and height, supplied to suit customer's exact requirements.
- 2ply PU belting is fitted with cross flights and vertical corrugated flights both sides, to retain product and a central belt tracking guide.
- Quick release belt tension, fitted to tail roller as standard, to aid cleaning under belt, along with removable belt support/ hold down roller shoes.
- Hygienic rubber lagged Interroll drum motor fitted as standard, variable speed via a Mitsubishi inverter, housed in a stainless steel enclosure. Motor/Gearbox drive unit available in lieu of drum motor.
- Non-slip stainless steel machine feet - height adjustable +/- 50 mm. Conveyor can also be supplied with braked swivel castors, if required, in lieu of machine feet.
- Low friction round bar support bed, to prevent belt sticking.
- Fixed, or removable, drip trays fitted below belt for product collection and safety.
- Available in two models (A) Incline Elevator or (B) Decline Elevator.
- Modular design, to aid easy modification of belt length, angle and/or drive type.
- Non-slip stainless steel machine feet - height adjustable +/- 50 mm. Conveyor can also be supplied with braked swivel castors, if required, in lieu of machine feet.
