Part of our vast range of Conveyors, our Polycord Conveyors are designed to be extremely flexible for transporting products as part of a production line or process. General specification as follows: -
- 304 Grade stainless steel construction throughout.
- Hygienic design, to aid cleaning routines.
- Conveyor length, width and height supplied to suit customer's exact requirements.
- Polycord or Tee Section belting - available in a wide range of sizes.
- Variable speed Motovario motor/gearbox drive unit via a mechanical variator. Inverter control available in lieu of variator.
- Small diameter infeed and outfeed rollers for good product transfer.
- Fixed or removable, multi level drip trays fitted below Polycord to contain loose product.
- Non-slip stainless steel machine feet - height adjustable +/- 50mm.
- Conveyor can also be supplied with lockable braked swivel castors if required, in lieu of machine feet.
