Part of our vast range of Conveyors, our Plastic Modular Elevators are designed for transporting products in batches up or down at a gradient to enter the next stage of production. These are manufactured to suit the requirements that any customer may have. General specification as follows: -
- 304 Grade stainless steel construction throughout.
- Hygienic design to aid cleaning routines, including quick-release belt tension device, removable support/hold-down shoes and product side guides.
- Conveyor length, width, angle and height supplied to suit customer's exact requirements.
- Plastic modular conveyor belting available in a wide range of widths and materials, depending on the product and manufacturing process.
- Easy to replace belt wear strips for increased belt life.
- Motovario motor/gearbox drive unit, variable speed via a Mitsubishi inverter, housed in a stainless steel enclosure.
- Fixed or removable drip trays fitted below the belt for product collection and safety.
- Available in two models - (A) Incline Elevator and (B) Decline Elevator.
- Modular design to aid easy modification of belt length, angle and/or drive type.
- Non-slip stainless steel machine feet - height adjustable +/- 50 mm.
- Conveyor can also be supplied with braked swivel castors if required, in lieu of machine feet.
